The Trade Standards Practitioners Network was founded in 2005. The Network’s mission is to improve the effectiveness of initiatives that support developing countries' involvement in the development and implementation of trade-related social, environmental, food safety and quality standards, with focus on food agriculture and forestry.
TSPN’s diverse membership base includes more than 30 multilateral donor and development agencies, bilateral organizations, standards-setting bodies, NGOs, research institutes and other practitioner organizations. Each member brings in its own strategies, experiences, skills, and developing country partners.
